WHAT can be returned.
Products may only be returned with the permission of Emergcare Fire & Safety. All products accepted for return must be in the original packaging, and un opened.

WHEN do items need to be returned by.
Products must be returned within 7 days of reciept.

WHERE do items need to be returned to.
Product needs to be returned to  EmergCare Fire & Safety. Suite 1, 5 Church Street, Healesville Vic 3777.

HOW do customers return items.
Customers need to return product in the original un-opened packaging, Packed securley, via Courier or Aust Post.

SHIPPING for returns.
Frieght charges on the original supply are non-refundable.  All product returns are at the clients own expence. We do not provide freight pickup for returmed products.

CREDIT for returns.
Returned product accepted for return will be credited to the customers account for use on the next purchase. Freight charges will not be credited.  A re-stocking fee of 5% will apply to all returned products.  A copy of the orginal invoice must accompany the reurned product.

Packing materials.
All items accepted for return must be in the original packaging and un-opened, and in a condition acceptable  for re-sale.
